I am not sure where I am going to go with this blog, but it will be fun finding out!
If I start to post about different things, I will endeavor to classify and label the individual posts so that you can skip to the next one of the same topic, if you like.
So, by way of introduction, a few things about myself, and my likes, hobbies and passions.
First and foremost, I am a writer. I tend to be opinionated, and stick to my ideals unless proven wrong. I am also very passionate about the things I like. I also tend to make lists, as you will notice.
I sometimes think my life is like Buckaroo Banzai's, going in eight directions at once.
Some of the things that I am passionate about, in no particular order, but will very probably post about are:
- Cats
- hiking/camping/backpacking (may even include kayaking/canoeing)
- Science fiction books and television, specifically Doctor Who and other British sci fi
- movies
- auto racing
- architecture
- computer gaming, specifically EverQuest 2
- reptiles
- my wife and 3 year old daughter
